ONS Websites Will Not Be Compatible With Internet Explorer 8, as Microsoft Ends Support in April

Beginning April 8, 2014, Microsoft is ending support for Internet Explorer 8 (IE8), an older version of its popular web browser, as part of a larger effort to phase out its older Microsoft XP operating system. This means Microsoft will no longer develop security patches or other upgrades for IE8.
